Edwin Tam is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry. As the founder, Mr. Tam has been instrumental in the company's direction and growth since at least December 2013. He brings over a decade of experience, focusing the company's efforts on the exploration and development of oil and natural gas resources within the Western Canadian Basin, including properties in Fletwode, Saskatchewan. An experienced P.Eng. (Professional Engineer), Mr. Tam holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, which underpins his technical and strategic approach to the energy sector, and he is a seasoned director with over a decade of tenure on the board

With an extensive background in finance and corporate management, Mr. Chan plays a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy of Petrox. His career portfolio extends beyond Petrox, including significant roles such as founder of China Pacific Industrial Corp. and various directorship and CFO positions at other public companies, showcasing over three decades of diverse financial leadership since earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1973.
